My entrepreneurial journey at Johnson Squared Consulting allowed me to guide executive leadership on DEIB initiatives, working with clients like Google and Vanderbilt University Medical Center. I also serve on the boards of ChickTech and CompTIA's Advancing Women in IT Interest Group, promoting diversity in tech.
